Change Manager - TMS | LMS & Digital Member Portal Uplift 6 Month Contract $900 - $1,150 per day (inclusive) Melbourne | Hybrid The Opportunity Talenza is partnering with a well-established Australian institution undertaking two critical transformation initiatives: The implementation of a Training Management System (TMS) | Learning Management System (LMS) to manage the logistical, administrative and financial aspects of training. A broader digital uplift of a member-based portal, enhancing user experience, engagement, compliance visibility and self-service capability. This role is focused on ensuring the business is ready, aligned and positioned to successfully adopt and embed both platforms across operational and member-facing environments. The Role Working across both programs and partnering with Program, HR, Risk, Digital and Technology teams, you will: Execute change and engagement strategies aligned to the TMS implementation and member portal uplift Drive stakeholder alignment across People & Culture, Compliance, Operations and Member Services Conduct and refine detailed business impact assessments across multiple workstreams Lead readiness planning and transition activities across impacted business units Support training deployment, communication and user adoption initiatives Facilitate workshops, leadership forums and cross-functional alignment sessions Track adoption metrics, behavioural change and resistance management Ensure compliance, accreditation and certification requirements are embedded within new processes Support digital capability uplift for member-facing teams This is a hands-on execution role requiring someone comfortable operating across enterprise internal systems and external digital platforms simultaneously. You Demonstrated Change Management experience delivering enterprise system implementations Experience across TMS, LMS, HCM or similar platforms Exposure to digital or member portal transformations highly regarded Strong stakeholder engagement capability across HR, Risk, Operations and Technology Proven ability to drive adoption in complex, regulated environments Excellent facilitation and communication capability Experience within academia, medical institutions, not-for-profit or member-based organisations preferred Prosci / ADKAR exposure desirable Benefits $900 - $1,150 per day inclusive Melbourne CBD | Hybrid working Enterprise-wide, high-visibility transformation program Exposure across both internal systems and member-facing digital uplift
